What this policy covers
This policy explains what information Landcons HVAC LLC collects through landconshvacllc.com and through phone calls, and how it is used. The site is informational. It has no forms, no accounts and no online payments.
Information you give us by phone
When you call (260) 283-0173 we ask for your name, phone number, service address and details about your heating or cooling system. We use this only to schedule and complete the work, send an invoice and keep a service record for your system.
Information collected by the website
Like most sites, our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal information.
Third-party content
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. The map on our contact and home pages loads from Google Maps only when you click to show it. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Call forwarding
If every technician is busy and your call is forwarded to another local HVAC company, we share only what is needed for them to help you, such as your name, phone number, address and the problem.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling (260) 283-0173. We keep service records only as long as they are useful for your system or required by law.
