Using this website
landconshvacllc.com is published by Landcons HVAC LLC, 121 W Wayne Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802, to describe our heating, cooling and air quality services. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Information, not advice for your specific system
Guides and service pages explain how HVAC systems generally work. Every home is different, so use the information as background and have a qualified technician look at your equipment. Never work on gas lines, wiring or sealed refrigerant systems yourself.
Prices are typical ranges
Prices on this site are typical ranges for this market, not quotes or offers. The price for your job is set after a technician sees the system, and you approve it before work starts.
Calls and forwarding
We answer our phone 24/7. When every Landcons technician is already on a job and your call cannot wait, we may forward it to another trusted local HVAC company so you can get help sooner. That company sets its own prices and terms, and its work is its own responsibility.
Emergencies
If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the building and call 911 or your gas utility from outside before calling us.
